Deborah Elowson

Professional Experience:

Deborah is a highly trained Realtor who brings twenty-five years of corporate marketing, client service and account management experience to her real estate career. She joined Coldwell Banker’s flagship Burlingame office in 2004 to serve as a full-time assistant to a top producer, during which time she learned the skills essential to becoming a high-achieving Realtor. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2007 and, in 2008, she became an independent Realtor at Coldwell Banker.

Prior to entering real estate, Deborah served as a VP/Group Account Manager at Hawk Media directing successful multi-million-dollar media campaigns for leading Bay Area clients; including Union Bank, The Wine Group, C&H Sugar and MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Her marketing experience also includes senior media/management positions at international advertising agencies J. Walter Thompson and McCann Erickson.

Since becoming a Realtor, Deborah has enjoyed working with both Buyers and Sellers throughout the Peninsula in all niches of the residential real estate market. Her diversified selling experience includes Relocation, Bank Owned Properties, Multi-Family Dwellings and Lease Transactions.

In 2013 and 2015, Deborah achieved the highest designation of International President’s Premier by placing in the Top 1% internationally, and she is currently ranked among the Top 100 Coldwell Banker Agents in the San Francisco Peninsula. She also earned a place in “America’s Best RealEstate Agents for 2016” (Source: REAL Trends Survey). Background and Education:

Deborah, her husband Ture, and her son Michael resided in San Francisco prior to moving to Hillsborough in 1997; at which time she became an active participant in the school community, including serving on the Executive Board of West Elementary School and on several Concours fund-raising committees such as eScrip. She is an ongoing contributor to numerous associations and community organizations, including Hillsborough Schools Foundation, Burlingame Library Foundation, Baywood Elementary School, Community Service League, CORA, Caminar, Inc. and San Mateo County Health Foundation.

A native of New York, Deborah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English as well as a Teaching Degree in Secondary English from Stony Brook University. Her interests include reading her Kindle while exercising on the elliptical, DIY home decorating projects and spending time with family.
